StellarNet has expanded its line of eXtreme spectrometers to include the DUAL-DSR series.  These fiber optically coupled instruments integrate 2 or more detector arrays to cover a “Super Range” from 200-1700nm.   Each DSR system includes a high speed USB-2.0 PC interface and SMA905 fiber optic signal input.  DSR models can be spectroradiometrically calibrated: DSR-C512 (range 280-1700nm), and the DSR-UVN1024 (range 200-1700nm).  The SpectraWiz software is included for a variety of SpectroRadiometry & standard spectroscopy measurements using a single graph.

Each DSR spectrometer includes a UV enhanced CCD for UV-VIS detection and a TE cooled 512 or 1024 element InGaAs Photo Diode Array for NIR detection.  The UVN1024 has better than 2nm resolution. The SpectraWiz software can easily adjust detector overlap regions.  The DSR models can be battery powered and the optics have no moving parts for shock-proof durability in a truly portable environment.
