These application development tools can be used to target the SpectraWiz® process monitor/control environment or can be customized for specific OEM applications..  PLS requires development of an analytical setup that provides a quantified spectral data set for the target sample(s).    It is used to predict the concentration of unknowns such as % soluable solids in a process stream.  PLS development uses the quantified data to "calibrate" its prediction model within the alotted tolerance requirements.  The concentration relationships with respect to spectral absorbance, transmittance, reflectance, emittance or fluorescence,  MUST BE linear. 

We offer 2 different software packages, depending on your development or target environments.  One package is designed for National Instruments LabVIEW known as CharmWorks, and the other is the Galactic Industries' Grams/32 package.  Both packages are COMPLETE in their ability to develop PLS models for prediction of unknowns. Our SpectraWiz(tm) software has the ability to assist the prediction model(s) developed for specific process and OEM applications in real-time.
